With Dragon Gym, you can optimize your use of the facility's services by training both indoors and outdoors.
Featuring a completely revamped look and feel, Dragon Gym offers three main areas:
<ol>
 <li>FACILITY: Explore all the services available at the facility and select those that align with your interests.</li>
 <li>MY MOVEMENT: Your chosen activities are managed here. Access your personalized program, booked classes, joined challenges, and other selected activities taking place at the facility.</li>
 <li>RESULTS: Monitor and evaluate your progress within this section.</li>
</ol>
By using the Dragon Gym app, you can accumulate MOVEs while training to become more physically active each day. Enjoy a seamless experience at Technogym-equipped facilities by connecting to the equipment via Bluetooth or QR Code. Your program is automatically synced with the machines, ensuring that your progress is accurately tracked on your mywellness account.
Manually log MOVEs or effortlessly sync data from other apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag, and Withings.
